RETURNS:
We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.
Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.
For returns please follow these instructions:
- Visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and shipping zip code to start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Print the pre-paid return shipping label to attach to your package.
- Pack all the returned items, you can use the package the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
- Take it to an authorized drop-off location and ship.
**Swimwear:
- Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.
What items are returnable?
- Items must be in re-sellable condition with tags attached unless faulty.
- Items must not be worn, damaged or washed
- Within 35 days from the date of purchase
- Full priced items
What items are non-refundable?
- Discounted/Sale items
- Gift Cards
- Worn items
- International orders unless the garment is deemed faulty
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 7-14 working days after approval.

SHIPPING:
Domestic Shipping (USA): All purchases will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days unless otherwise stated. All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested from customer. Customers will receive an email with a tracking number once the order has shipped. Please allow 3-5 days from ship date for delivery. Please ensure your delivery details are correct. Feather 4 Arrow takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
International Orders: All international packages are shipped via…...discretion. We provide a customs declaration number, but transit times and delivery vary by country. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total. Feather 4 Arrow assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final.
